The event hosted by Commissioner Candice Kelly and Mr. Ed Kelly at their historic home, Chandler's Hope in Port Tobacco, will feature the sounds of Signature Live, food & spirits, silent auction, live coverage of the Preakness Stakes, off-track betting and much more from 4:30 pm to 8:30 pm.
